Hi all

Just thought I would jot down a few notes from last night's meeting and then produce 'proper' minutes after Friday's meeting covering both sets of actions. See below:

Anthony offered to distribute posters and flyers to the local libraries in Isleworth. Action Bernard to provide posters and flyers for Anthony (also actioned to provide Caroline with 'nice' paper for print shop)
Anthony will also approach Deli-cacies to sell tickets - we will need to put this on our publicity
Ingrid is designing the flyers and posters - hopefully within the next week or so.
We need 450 flyers to be distributed in a mailshot by Richmond Arts Council - these have now been produced Action Chris to pass on to RACC
Anthony is to provide Bernard with contact details for Sundial Magazine and Heston magazines.
Constitution and EGM - Action Tom to send out email nominating the committee as trustees and officers (including Laurence as Chair) and inviting other members to volunteer
Action Chris to update the constitution and send to Caroline to put on Website before the EGM
Action Ali and Janet to visit venues to check for set-up and lighting requirements
Alcohol licence to be applied for at Richmond and Isleworth venues if licence costs are not too prohibitive. Action Ali
Action Janet to announce requirements for people's clothing at next rehearsal
Action Ali to organise raffle prizes and Action Helena to provide tickets and baskets for the raffle
Programme Action Caroline to put on agenda for next meeting
Last night party to be at a local pub this year - Action Ali to identify pub and possibly book an area for the group

WE WILL MEET AGAIN ON FRIDAY TO COMPLETE THIS MEETING - 6PM AT THE LONDON APPRENTICE IN OLD ISLEWORTH AT 6PM

I have updated the website with details of Janet's extra rehearsal next week, Catherine Bott etc. I'd be grateful if any of you could check it sometime to see if I have missed anything or have any suggestions. Thanks
